Terms of Use / Podmínky použití
Version 2026-10-08 · CalLimitAI 1.0.1. General wellness, not a medical service. / Obecné sledování stravování, nikoli zdravotnická služba.
Estimates and responsibility
CalLimitAI is for adult general-wellness self-tracking. Calories, portions, expenditure, targets and outcomes are estimates. It is not medical advice and does not guarantee weight change. Users review and confirm estimates and should use professional guidance for medical or prescribed diets.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must be 18+, protect account access, provide lawful inputs and not abuse scans, referrals, security controls or third-party rights. Custom-food data remains the user’s responsibility.
Free, Pro and Apple billing
A useful manual diary and defined free AI allowance remain available. Optional CalLimitAI Pro monthly/yearly subscriptions, any trial, price, renewal, cancellation and refund are controlled by Apple and shown by StoreKit before purchase. Restore and Manage Subscription remain available. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Referrals
Three qualified new active friends award ten non-cash, non-transferable promotional scans under the published rules. Scans do not expire in v1 and available balance is capped at 50. Fraud controls and neutral review may prevent or reverse promotional grants but never paid entitlement.
Availability and rights
Models, catalogs and service availability may change with versioning and safe fallback to manual logging. CalLimitAI and its original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Use of the app is subject to the Apple Standard EULA linked below. You may delete your account in the app. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights.
Current Free and Pro limits
The free tier includes a useful manual diary, daily energy dashboard, basic weekly review, 30 days of visible history and one successful analysis per allowance day. A usable delivered estimate consumes an analysis even if you choose not to save the meal; a technical failure before a usable result does not. Pro allows up to 30 successful analyses per day and 600 per rolling 30 days. The reference US prices are USD 6.99 monthly and USD 39.99 yearly; the localized Apple price and renewal conditions shown before purchase apply. Eligible yearly subscriptions offer a seven-day free trial. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through Apple; Restore Purchases and Manage Subscription are available in Profile. Neither account deletion nor cancelling a meal draft cancels Apple billing.
